Eligibility and Age Restrictions You must be at least 19 years of age (the legal age in Ontario) to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. 4. Orders and Payment Confirmation: Under the Ontario CPA, we must provide an opportunity for you to review and correct your order before final acceptance. Pricing: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST) and shipping fees. Methods: We currently accept payment via Interac e-Transfer or C.O.D. 5. Shipping and Delivery We ship within Canada only. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs. 6.
